When I test my automation it work and when it goes live the Text parser is not working

on the third action point where I extract the name from the email parser: When I test the Action - it succeeds, but when live data comes through it fails to extract correctly - as the name is not extracted right.

3. Text Formatter (Pabbly) : Name​


When I pull in the same record as a test record - it succeeds...it's as if the Text parser is not reading the data correctly. I did check whether the before and after indicators is right in every instance, and it is.

Based on the only available Task History, we can see that the name was extracted correctly during automation. Could you please share the Task History ID where the name wasn't extracted properly?
