Fb Leads Form to Google Sheets not posting details to Google Sheets

Hi there

I have connected the FB page and lead form trigger and it shows the data in the response and then
I connected the Google Sheet and it shows the right sheet and the correct tab put I cannot get the data to populate the google sheet, the lead is there but it is not putting into Google sheets

Any help please

Can you confirm if your Google Sheet has header row as shown below?
