Flodesk Triggers and Actions Documentation:

This guide provides a comprehensive overview of how to effectively use the triggers and actions available in Flodesk. Follow the instructions below to make the most of Flodesk's functionality.

For Triggers:

1. "Subscriber Created":

  • Select the "Subscriber Created" trigger event.
  • To establish a connection with Flodesk, choose a new connection and click on the "Connect to Flodesk" button.

  • A new window will open where you can enter your Flodesk account credentials.

  • Provide a webhook name in the designated field, e.g. "Test Webhook".

2. "Subscriber Added to the Segment":
  • Follow the same steps mentioned above for the "Subscriber Added to the Segment" trigger.
  • Enter your Flodesk account credentials to connect or make an established connection with already logged in account.

3. "Subscriber Unsubscribed":
  • Repeat the above steps for the "Subscriber Unsubscribed" trigger event.
  • Enter your Flodesk account credentials to connect or make an established connection with already logged in account.

For Actions:
We have to Connect Flodesk with Pabbly Connect in action step by following the same procedure of entering credentials of your Flodesk account and then connecting it or to connect with already logged in account.

1. "Create/Update Subscriber":
  • Use case: To create a new subscriber or update an existing subscriber in your Flodesk account.
  • Enter all the required details and click on "Save and send text request" to complete the action.

2. "Add Existing Subscriber to a Segment":
  • Use case: To add an already created subscriber to a specific segment in your Flodesk account.
  • Enter the subscriber's email ID or subscriber ID and select the segment you want to add them to.

3. "Find Subscriber":
  • Use case: To locate a specific subscriber using their email ID.
  • Enter the subscriber's email ID or subscriber ID in the designated field.

4. "Remove Existing Subscriber from a Segment":
  • Use case: To remove an already created subscriber from a specific segment.
  • Enter the subscriber's email ID and choose the segment from which you want to remove them.

5. "Unsubscribe Subscriber":
  • Use case: To unsubscribe a subscriber from your Flodesk account.
  • Enter the email ID or the subscriber ID of the subscriber you wish to unsubscribe.
