Flows NOT Working Properly!

your flows keep missing importing data again and again and not even reporting it as errors!

Calendly Appointments -> MMC - Client Onboarding (flow)

but since there are no errors, I dont know how the heck you gonna figure anything. I just know that we NOT getting probably 1/5 of all calendly bookings imported into our Sheets!

what are you doing about this, and how soon will it be fixed?

Could you please confirm whether these tasks are being recorded in your task history or if they are missing from it?

how would I be ever able to know it, if they dont seem to be imported/trigerred at all?

and what we also noticing now, those that do get imported, they come in as duplicated, and very very often recently. so what is going on, all of the sudden?

The issue you are describing occurs when a user clicks on 'Save & Send Request' multiple times, which, in turn, creates multiple webhooks in the application. There are two solutions for this:
  1. You have to log in to your Calendly account and delete the duplicate webhooks one-by-one.
  2. Alternatively, you can disable the workflow in which you are facing the issue and set up a new workflow from scratch (without cloning).

HOW WOULD THIS HELP PREVENT FUTURE DUPLICATES?

2. Alternatively, you can disable the workflow in which you are facing the issue and set up a new workflow from scratch (without cloning).
