Fluent Support not creating a ticket when trying to use "Creating a New Ticket using an agent"

I get this value:
No query results for model [FluentSupport\App\Models\Customer].

What am I doing wrong?

Hey @sidkvist

It appears that you have not connected your Fluent action step correctly, perhaps you might have added the trailing slash at the end of the base URL while making a new connection.

Kindly try again by making a new connection as mentioned in the screenshot.

Thank you for your advice. I checked the trailing slash and there was none. Do you have any other suggestion?
The site has Buddyboss theme and plugins installed.
