Good morning Pabbly Community,

I was trying to automate my Business Instagram Account to post videos automatically everyday. I have an issue with the final step to publish a video. It says that the format is not supported which is clear issue. Even though I am using MOV or MP4 formats in the form of a link in google sheet, still the final step does not work. Do you know how to fix it? Here some photos:

The error message you are receiving is from Instagram's end, and we don't have much information about the issue regarding the wrong video format. I would suggest you get in touch with Instagram's support to obtain a better understanding of this problem

Instagram requires quite a number of video parameters to be exactly as they define. I am attaching their API documentation for your reference

The issue is with Pabbly and you guys need to fix the integration with the Meta/Instagram API so that it works for your users who are paying you money for this service. You need to develop and fix the ongoing issue.
