Free account doesn't reset

So ever since I started using the free account several months ago, the counter for the 100 free task has never reset. Is this just another dodgy marketing trick to force people onto paid accounts or how do I make sure the counter resets on the first of every month?? I definitely have not used 100 (non-free) tasks this month.

Tasks reset on the 1st of every month for free accounts. Based on your Task History, which provides data for the past 15 days, we can see that you have multiple active workflows that seem to have consumed your tasks.
