Hi,

i have problems connecting Freshdesk to Pabbly. How van check if thr vonnrction is established the right way?

Hey @Grolf

It seems like you haven't connected your Freshdesk account properly. Kindly fill in your API key, an account password, and subdomain properly.

Kindly refer to our tutorial video of Freshdresh integration for better understanding (Watch the second part of it where you can see how it is connected).


Further, if the connection is established perfectly you can get the response and found the contacts in the dropdown as shown in the following screenshot.

Thanks! The connection is working now. But not all contact fields are shown.
I want to get data from e-mail via the email-parser ant create or update contacts in freshdesk

Hey @Grolf

If you want to grab data from your upcoming emails then you can pick an email parser as a trigger and then you can use "Search Contact" to get the presence of the contact in your account.

Further, with the help of router conditions and with Search Contacts' response you can either update or create a contact. Although we have already set this workflow in your account. Kindly Capture the webhook response of your Email Parser and then map all the required fields.

Hey,
i am continuing with pabbly now. Thanks for the help till now.

When i want o ubfate a Freshdesk contact. Not all contact fields are shown in pabbly.
In my case the field " Kundennummer" does not show up

Not all contact fields are shown in pabbly.
In my case the field " Kundennummer" does not show up
The contact fields are not visible on the action step because those fields come under the custom fields, which are currently not provided by Freshdesk. As they do not have the endpoint/action to list the custom fields.

We got the reply from their support team as we have contacted them earlier.
