From Close to Perfex

Maybe I'm missing something but I want to create a customer in Perfex when the Lead status in Close is changed
The problem is that Pabbly doesn't take from close all the required field so It's impossible to search for a lead to update or to create a new customer since data as email, phone, etc are not taken from close.
Can someone help?

Can you please share the name of the workflow once in which you have tried the same?
The name is cambio stato close

Did you try the "Get Lead" action step once to get the data from the Close action step?
I'm trying with this one...
