Generate Sales Receipt in Quickbooks

Hello,
I am trying to generate a sales receipt in Quickbooks after a customer has made and paid for a new booking in our booking system Bookeo.
Whenever I send a test request I get the response below and I can't work out how to make this work.

While creating the sales receipt, you have to use the Customer ID in the field of "Customer Id". Please check out the following screenshot for your understanding.

I've changed the Customer ID as above but I'm still getting the same error.
