Geolocation with Google Maps API
Status: Closed · Asked by StefanDAmore on · 0 views
Hi there, I think this a real beginner question...I would like to connect the Google Maps API to convert an address to get the geolocation values for Latitude and Longitude.
Unfortunately, I can't setup a connection, I don't have any bearer token, and my API Key won't fit...
Any ideas or suggestions about that?
Thank you very much!
Hi @StefanDAmore,
Could you please share the API documentation for the application you are trying to connect with?
Hi @ArshilAhmad,
thank you for your support. It seems to be very complex, you'll need an Google account - find here the geolocation overview site: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/geolocation/overview
Best,
Stefan
@ArshilAhmad Maybe this one is more specific: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/geocoding?hl=en
We have made some changes to your action step. Now, you need to add the key and address to their respective designated fields.
To understand how to create a Key, please read the attached documentation.

@ArshilAhmad
Thank you very much, now it works!
Great!
:-)
Best,
Stefan
