Getting this error

When I am adding values to ZOho CRM, getting this error. error 404

Hi @Amit Bisht,

Zoho CRM requires you to pass the Lead Owner ID rather than the owner’s name.

We were able to successfully create a lead in your Zoho CRM account by passing the Owner ID.

Since you won’t be getting the Owner ID directly from Zendesk, you will need to set up a Lookup Table in your workflow that provides the Owner ID associated with a particular Assignee Email.

We have set up this Lookup Table on your behalf with one Owner Email and its associated Owner ID. You can similarly add more Owner Emails and their corresponding IDs to the Lookup Table.
