Github Response Message Problem

I had tried to connect Github, however when I tried to click on "Save & Test" button, I got error as "Response Message: Not Found".
I watched your tutorial video btw about "Clickup Task X Github Issue Integration" but still I cannot pass the first step.

Could you please let me know how can I handle?
