Gmail Error

Hello Everyone please help me I am just stuck.
I have created one workflow from which users signup through the google form and an email is sent to that user from our Gmail after submitting info. Workflow i thing working fine but in Gmail account, I am receiving messages that "your message to user blocked" I have also attached screenshot
Please help me!!
