Gmail is sent but not received

Hello,

I connected a new e-mail account [email hidden] and everything was fine, but when I tested it, the mail seemed to be sent.

When I checked at the gmail account it showed the e-mail was sent:

But the recipient never received the e-mail, I checked all the folders, and nothing. I even sent to different e-mails accounts, and nothing.

When I use my personal account everything works perfectly.

We have tried the Gmail action step from our end and it is working fine.

So, we recommend you contact the Google Workspace support team for the same.

Also, make sure that in the Gmail account, you have permission to send the email from the Admin of your Google Workspace.
