Can i automate gmail notifications based on some criteria to be sent to the Whatsapp business group for our customers?

Not possible to send it in whatsapp group but you can send it individually.

And can i adjust it in a way so i can send specific emails to different users? Not all emails. And what if i want to send the email directly to the customer whatsapp.

Yes. you can set filters in gmail as well as in pabbly.
