Go high level fields are not populating

I connected pabbly w go high level, but even though it worked in the test , it doesn't show any info in GHL. The fields are all blank. What can I do to troubleshoot this?

Any of the workflows entitled "Customer created" or reservation booked. none of them are working

We looked into your workflow( Customer Created Regina ) and it seems like you are not receiving any data from the triggering application.

So, kindly re-capture the webhook response again and map the action step again.

I turned it off because it was creating a bunch of empty records in my CRM (Go High level).
I'll turn it on again so you can troubleshoot.

As we can see from your workflow you are passing Last Name in the Phone number field and posting Tags without double tags. Though we have corrected the mapping from your GHL action event and would request you to read the help text carefully before passing the data.
