GoHighLevel (LeadConnector v2) Forms and Survey don't get all the fields

Im creating a trigger for HighLevel when a survey or a form is submitted.
The problem is that is only getting the Email, Full Name and Phone fields.
This is a problem because I need to capture all the fields included on the form or the survey to continue with the workflow.
