Google Ads Offline Conversions Failing

I am facing an error with my setup to send Offline Gads conversions from Google Sheets. Im getting 'Version v13 is deprecated. Requests to this version will be blocked.' Ive been using this setup for a while so this problem is new. The data being fed to the API is completely fine.
If this is a version issue, how can i update the Google Ads API?
I checked v13 has been sunset on 31st Jan, 2024.
