Pabbly workflow Google Business Profile Trigger not working when new review arrived. I have received a new review and my workflow still didn't run. How long should i wait and will it run based on how it is setup?

To check this further, could you please share your Google Business Profile link with us? Also, let us know which specific review (reviewer name/date) should have been captured but was not triggered in the workflow.

Once we have these details, we’ll review it and assist you accordingly.

Hey @Fousey,

Thanks for getting back to us.

The review was captured successfully. Please note that since you are currently on our Free plan, the Google Business Profile trigger works on a polling basis with a trigger interval of 24 hours. That is why the workflow ran and captured the review after 24 hours.

In our paid plans, the polling interval can be reduced up to 10 minutes, which allows reviews to be captured much faster.
