Google calendar invite

I want to send a Google calendar invite inside a workflow. What is the best way to do it? A few months ago, I added the steps: "Get event" and "add guests to an event"

The invite was sent when the webhook triggered but 30 mins right before the event, an email from google calendar would go to all contacts that the event has been cancelled. How to avoid this issue?
