Google Chatroom Tasks

Our NP is working from Google Workspace and utilizing chatroom tasks as a way to keep branch programs moving efficiently, but it does not allow for those tasks to be located in one area for a "overhead" view of all tasks within the entire organization. Is there a way to set up a workflow from chatroom tasks to either Asana or to a single Gtask account? Any assistance would be appreciated!
