Google Classroom to Google Sheet integration

How can I have a Google Sheet register of a student that registers a comment in one of the assignments in Google Classroom? Is this possible with Pabbly Connect?
Or vice versa, is there a way for grades inputed into a Google Sheet to automatically integrate into Google Classroom student grades?
