Google Contacts Custom Fields

Hello
I am trying to copy a Label to be a custom field so i can sync with another platform. I have this part of it working fine, however i also have other custom fields that only some contacts have. These are getting deleted when this workflow is run.
How do we have the workflow run, but leave the other custom fields as they are ?

The workflow is Google Contacts : New or Updated Contact
Attached is the custom field from Google
I have also attached the Custom Field 5 from pabbly - Which is working Correctly.
My issue is that i have other custom fields that are generated elsewhere that are being deleted when this workflow runs.
The google screen shot had 2 other custom fields however these were deleted
