Google Doc Entire Body

Does anyone know of anyway to grab the entire text body of a google doc file? For some cases it is nice that it is all split up into paragraphs, but I need something where we have the entire body of the document. I know that Zapier can do it, it it must be possilbe.
I've also tried pulling in the text as a non-simple response to get the JSON code, but everything I've tried to parse out just the text produces the same result as the google doc app with each paragraph in it's own field.

I'm afraid the use case you're describing is currently not possible. We don't have a tool or endpoint that can help you extract the entire document text in one paragraph at the moment.
