Google Drive Rename File - Can I edit existing name?

hello, I need to remove the '.PDF' extension of the file name brought in from Google Drive so it can be shortened in JotURL. The Action 'Rename a File' seems to only accept a new static name, and I want to keep the name, just remove the extension in one field, ie 'Name:' or 'OrignalFileName:' or create a new field.

So I can go from 'filename.pdf' to 'filename'

How can I do this?
