When I tried to Upload my Image from Google Drive to Google My Business following error message Iam getting
Image bytes too small. Got: size:662B (min: 10240B).

Kindly pass the downloadable link of Google Drive in the Imgur action step which will convert the file to an accessible file which you can pass further in the GMB action step.
Further, it looks like the location Id that you are passing doesn't seem to exist in your GMB account.
