While testing I am getting the desired results however, when I add a new file in the specified folder, the trigger doesnt seem to work. What could be the issue?

While testing I am getting the desired results however, when I add a new file in the specified folder, the trigger doesnt seem to work. Also it is not reflecting as task failed or success. What could be the issue?
