Google Form - Pabbly Addon Not Appearing

You will find it on Google Sheets Marketplace. I think you are checking the Google Forms marketplace.
Once I give Pabbly permission to access my google account for the add-on on google forms, a popup only briefly appears and then disappears, and I'm unable to install the add-on. Please help!

it is there but unable to download after granting permissions

Further, please check out this video for better understanding and try to install it on the incognito mode of the browser.
