Hi,
i have a workflow getting the "unreplied" reviews which was working well but since yesterday it returns only Response Result ReviewAvailable false ecxept that there is like 1K reviews without replies.
If i change to fetch replied reviews it works well... I'm stuck as i don't understand the problem.

Maybe there is a limit when reviews are too old ?

Please consider selecting "No" as an option in the "Reset on Execution" field to display all the unreplied reviews in the response section.

Could you kindly inform us whether your new reviews on GMB (Google My Business) have received replies?
it seems it works but i have an another questions i will have to set up like 1000 workflows like this for different shops.. i have severalflow that broke so maintenance is hard on that as if there is no new reviews we can't set it up as fileds are not avaliable... how can i manage that ?

Yes, for an individual location, you need to create a separate workflow.
Moreover, if all the reviews were replied then you can simply continue using the workflow for an upcoming review on your review page.

My point is that my flows break. For example : the flow works well till i get a :
