Google My Business fields NumberRating and StarRating

searchdusoleil — Question ·

I wonder if anyone has come across this issue - the information pulled from Google My Business reviews is missing the "NumberRating" field which is in number format ie. "5" as opposed to the StarRating, which is pulled in word format, ie. "FIVE". This causes an issue for me further down my workflow (outside of Pabbly) as I need to build Google Data Studio reports based on the number, and average "NumberRating" across multiple GMB locations. I am a new customer, so not sure if this is the correct place to. post support issues? Any help or pointers are appreciated.

So you need "FIVE" to be converted as "5", "FOUR" to be converted as "4" and so on. Right?

And you're adding these data to Google Sheets?

Not converting as such, I used to used Zapier, and it brought both fields in the feed. But yes, I am using Google sheets.

Hey @searchdusoleil

As per your concern, you can use a Lookup table action step to convert Five to "5".

Kindly refer to our tutorial video on this and try this at your end. I hope this might help you out.

I have tried this by adding a lookup table after the Google My Business trigger step, but can't figure out how to get the lookup values AND the Google My Business values mapped to the google sheet?

Any help on this please? Are there any tutorials or videos on updating 2 sources into the same google sheet/row?

Hey @searchdusoleil

We looked into your workflow and you might have mapped the star rating from the trigger not from the converted star rating value from the Lookup table action step.

Although we have corrected your mapping and seems fine to us. Kindly give it a try and let us know if you further get stuck at any step.
