Google My Business replies do not always propagate.

Looking at Task History, I can see that some Google My Business replies were sent, but at times, the replies were propagated while at other times they were not. Upon reviewing the GMB reviews, I noticed that some have received replies, while others have not. When compared to the task history, it appears that they were indeed replied to.
