Google Review automation not triggering

I am trying to send a auto response to my review but it is not automatically happening. Please help. Manually when I am sending save and send request, its working.

Please follow the instructions provided in the video lesson to map the review correctly, and then attempt the action again.

Everything is working when I am using the Save and send request. But, when I want it work automatically, it does not do it. Attached is the screenshot of the same. If needed, I can do a screen-sharing as well.
Please be aware that the GMB trigger event has a polling interval of 24 hours for free users, which means it retrieves new review every 24 hours. For paid users, this interval can be reduced to 10 minutes.
