Google Search Console - Error 429 but not using it

I have not submitted any links today or yesterday and it has been working fine. Today, it throws this error every time. I see it says "daily quota" but even so, if you look at my Pabbly history which is the only tasks I use to submit to search console, there is not any. Any thoughts?

Please allow us some time, we are currently looking into it.
The project had a daily limit of 200 requests per project of Google Workspace, which was exceeded, resulting in a specific error.
This occurrence is quite unusual and unlikely to repeat. You can retry the task that previously failed.
