Google Sheet and Pabbly

Hi There,
I am have setup the google sheet with pabbly in the

Digestive Element Quiz to Brevo workflow based on the video -

However, nothing is happening when I try to capture in pabbly. The google sheet is working and adding data but nothing on pabbly.
Here is the quiz I am taking in order for the trigger to add info in the google sheet > https://www.simplysupercharged.com/digestive-element-quiz/

After I take the quiz instantly send the answers to google sheets and that is working perfectly, but pabbly is not picking anything up.

Please help.

Hello @Ruby9,

To make automation work, you need to enable 'Send On Event' if you're manually entering data into your Google Sheets. If the data added to your Google Sheets comes from another API or third-party application, you also need to enable 'Auto Send on Schedule'.

Note: If your data is being added from an external source/API, your workflow will take up to 1 hour to get triggered.

I have included the screenshot below. Even 2 hours later nothing was captured into pabbly. When I take the quiz the entry is instantly going to google sheet but I want that entry from google sheet to go to pabbly then brevo. Right now, Google sheet is not sending anything to pabbly and the webhook response is not being captured.

Maybe once it is setup any be there won't be a delay. I don't know.

In general, 1 hour is too long between google sheet to send info to pabbly - right now since the setup is not complete so I am not sure if this will be the case. Zapier doesn't take 1 hour - they take 1 minute or instantly. Is this something that will be addressed down teh road or in near future?

Could you please try setting up a new workflow, add its webhook URL to your Google Sheet, and enable the Auto Send on Schedule feature?

To reduce the polling time from 1 hour to 1 minute, you can add a script to your Google Sheet. Refer to this thread for steps:

Google Sheets (1 Minute Trigger)

Copy and Paste the entire Apps Script code in your Google Sheets App Script. No need to change anything in the code. Make sure that you copy and paste the entire code as it is. Full Tutorial here...

If the issue continues, please share the new workflow URL and give access to your Google Sheet at [email protected] so we can assist you better. Also, make sure there are no formulas in the trigger column.

Thank you I had started a new flow but because it was taking too long way more than 2 hour for the form to come in for some reason. It did finally show up. However, I have added the script and now it's working in a minute so it's all set and working. Thank you for your fast response.
