Google Sheet - Interakt Data Fetching issues

I am facing issues with the Google Sheet intergrations.
The Google Sheet data isnt getting fetched. It's an integration to send Birthday Messages
Kindly help resolve it.

You need to enter the entire date 18/01/2023 for Lookup action step to work.

Though now I can see the data, it's still not fulfilling my requirement. It's just picking up all birthdays which match 18/01/2023. However the bdays on 18/01 in other years its not collecting. My requirement is that The lookup value needs to pick up the day and month from the date field of the Sheet and ignore the year so that anyone having a bday on 18/01 in any year can be send a message. How to achieve this?

To achieve this, you can create a separate column in your Google Sheets, enter the date and month without the year, and look up that particular column.
