Google Sheet Lookup Multiple Columns for Multiple Values

I am try to setup a action which checks for a row which has my two conditions fulfilled, individually both conditions works as intended but as the option says we can add multiple columns to be checked. I am not able to figure out how to do that. either my format is not right or something else that I don't know.
i am attaching the screenshot down here, Please help me with any guidance.

If you want to search the data from 2 individual columns then use the 2 separate Lookup Spreadsheet Rows action step. You cannot pass the 2 columns in name with multiple values in the Lookup Value fields respectively which will look for only value in both the comma-separated column name.
