Google Sheet Lookup Rows

Hi
We are trying to use Google Sheet - Lookup spreadsheet Rows, and it works in previous workflows that we have set up.
However for this new workflow, nothing special has been required, but the return response is 500.
Kindly advise what we can do. Thanks.
