May I know how to post multiple images to Facebook Page or Group?

Also, how to schedule every row post to Facebook Page/Group every 1 hour?

How many tasks involved with this workflow?

The Facebook Page trigger event can be exclusively enabled for users with a paid subscription through the backend. In your situation, we are unable to activate this feature since you do not have a paid subscription to Pabbly Connect.

Moreover, the capability to post multiple images to your Facebook account is accessible solely through the "Facebook Pages: Create Multi Image Post" action step.

How many tasks involved with this workflow?
Each time a new entry is added to Google Sheets, your workflow will utilize one task. It's worth noting that the trigger event in Pabbly Connect is a free step.

Does this will be available during trial?

Is there a limit on how many images can we choose from the Sheet's column?

P/S: WOW! 1 row equals to 1 task (even if I add Instagram post and Facebook Page together with existing Facebook Group post), that's much better than Z*pier!!

The "Create Multiple Image Post" feature is exclusively found within the Facebook Pages action and is not available in the Facebook Group.

Does this will be available during trial?
Regrettably, the action step is accessible exclusively to users with a paid subscription.

Given that your workflow currently consists of only one action step following the trigger event, it consumes one task for each new entry. However, if you incorporate additional action steps afterward, each added step will be counted individually.

How about "Delay For"? Is this free or count towards task consumption?

Example: Delayed For 30 Minutes (as shown in Screenshot), does this means IF I have 1000 rows of data; it will 'Post Photo' to Facebook Groups every 30 minutes automatically (what should the Pabbly Connect Webhooks setup)?

It will never post the same row in the future ever again?

The Delay action step is a paid feature and consumes one paid task in each execution. In your workflow, the Delay action step will raise a 30-minute delay before posting each post.
It will never post the same row in the future ever again?
If you keep adding new rows in your Google Sheets it will not process the old entries.


You can only use "Send On Event" when setting up Google Sheets if the data is coming from a Google application or if you manually enter it. If the data is coming from a third-party application, however, you may need to choose "Auto Send On Schedule" or "Send on Event" which will forward the data in exactly one hour.

Additionally, make sure the data is filled up to your trigger column.

If I would like to add another Action task which is WordPress Post and my Google Sheets has 5 images, how to add gallery images in the body of the content?

I saw in the video a single image will need to use <img src="" /Img> html tag. How about WordPress Gallery, there is a shortcode
[gallery ids="1,2,3"] for multiple images gallery in WordPress; can we use this and how?

Google Sheet -> Delay For -> Facebook Page -> Facebook Groups -> WordPress Post -> Instagram Post

Does this means that I will consume 5 tasks for this particular workflow? Thanks for your valuable assistance @Supreme ;)

Yes, your flow will take 5 tasks for every execution. Further, you can watch the following video lesson on counting the paid tasks and free tasks.

Perhaps usage of shortcode or any other methods to simplify the process of adding wordpress gallery.
