Google Sheet to Gmail - Does it only works to send emails to gmail accounts only?

Hi, I am trying to build and automation by collecting data (name, phone number, and email) on my Google Sheet and I would love to send automation email using my Gmail account.

I watched the tutorial here

and managed to get it to work. However, the automation is only sent to users who input gmail account. If a user put yahoo or any other email providers, the automation didnot work. Is there a way to solve this?

Are you seeing any errors in the history of that workflow?

Also you can check the by going to your Gmail Account - Sent folder and search by the email id you think it is not sending email to.
