GOOGLE SHEET TO GMAIL INTEGRATION

Hi. I tried following the youtube video on how to send emails thru google sheets to gmail. But when I tried sending test on Gmail "Action" it's saying error. Please help me out. Thank you". Can anybody, explain me why? Thank you and I appreciate your help.
