how does this get fixed? its happening to a couple of accounts now

Could you please tell us, where and on which action step you are exactly encountering such a message?
"message": "Response not received in 15 seconds"
Further, the message only appears when the application failed to process your request in under 15 seconds which runs globally by the application.
Sometimes due to a large set of data where the application is unable to process it or the application couldn't process the request at that particular time perhaps their server didn't respond.
