Google Sheets/Forms webhook not working

I can't get the webhook in google sheets to work at all.

AFAIK I'm following the instructions correctly, and I have gotten it working in the past, just can't get it to work now.

Kindly try capturing the webhook response in the Incognito mode of your workflow, perhaps you might have logged in to your multiple Google account in your browser.
