I recorded a video showing the issue, but here’s a quick summary:
When someone submits an inquiry on my website, the information correctly populates the connected Google Sheet. However, the next step—sending me an email notification—is not working.
If I manually add a new row, the automation still doesn’t trigger. The only way it works is if I manually push the data through; then, the email sends successfully.
