Google sheets not working correctly

Please help. I created a workflow where i have connected calendly to google sheets. When i fully fill out the form it works correctly, but when i leave the optional fields blank it fills in the anwsers in the wrong places. What am i doing wrong?

You can use the "Google Sheets: Append Values" action step to save the data in the Google Sheets, if you are feeling that the fields are getting jumbled.
