Google Sheets to Gmail

Hi,

I want to send a daily update from entries in Google Sheet to my Gmail.

So the email should contain this data:

Apples: 12
Oranges: 4
Bananas: 5

Only the values in Column B are dynamic and change.

How do I go about this?
