google spreadsheet trigger on automated entries

Hi ,
Have been trying to use the google spreadsheet trigger for every new entry row entry.
I am pushing a WhatsApp message on the new number entered in the sheet.
Works perfectly fine on manual entries in the spreadsheet , however fails whenever the sheet is auto-populated via third-party tools.
Also have observed when the shared spreadsheet is open in multiple places ,
it does not work
Note: 'Send on event' trigger is enabled on the spreadsheet and used in incognito mode.
Would you have any suggestions to sort this out?

You need to select "Auto-Send on Schedule" as well. Also, note that if the data is being entered in Google Sheet via a third-party tool, then those data will be sent to your Pabbly Connect in 1 hr.
