Graphy Integration Failing with "Token not valid" Despite Using Correct API Credentials

Hi Pabbly Support Team,

I'm facing an issue with the Graphy → Enroll Learner to Course action in Pabbly Connect.

Issue

The workflow is failing with the following error:

Response: Token not valid

What I've Already Verified

• ✅ Generated a fresh API Token from Graphy → Integrations → APIs
• ✅ Copied the Merchant ID (MID) correctly
• ✅ Updated the existing Graphy connection in Pabbly with the new credentials
• ✅ Verified there are no extra spaces before or after the API Token or MID
• ✅ Reconnected the Graphy account successfully
• ✅ Used the correct Course URL slug (Claude-AI-Mastery-Program)
• ✅ Used a valid learner email address
• ✅ Re-tested multiple times, but the same error persists.

Workflow Details

• Trigger: Google Sheets → New/Updated Row
• Action: Graphy → Enroll Learner to Course

Expected Result

The learner should be enrolled successfully.

Actual Result

Pabbly sends the request, but Graphy returns:

Token not valid

Could you please investigate whether:

1. Pabbly's Graphy connector is using the latest Graphy API authentication method?
2. There is any known issue with the Graphy integration?
3. My connection is being validated correctly from Pabbly's side?
4. There are any logs available that show the exact request being sent to Graphy?

• The Pabbly connection configuration.
• The failed task history.
