Which among these Trigger Event should I use if I want to set up a workflow in Pabbly Connect that would allow me to be notified in Slack whenever there is an email from a client? or perhaps you could send me a loom on how to do the workflow?

Hey @More Massages,

Since you will receive emails every time a new ticket is created, you can use Groove: Ticket Started as your trigger event.
