groups are coming for admins not the company page

Hello there, please see if you can help me in this concern for eg. I am admin Umarsohail and my boss Imthiaz Mohammed we setup a page xyzcompany so we both admin got own groups and xyzcompany has its own groups thats our facebook page. we want to login as xyzcompany or we want groups of xyzcompany not for Umar Sohail and Imthiaz Mohammed

but boss created that page as xyzcompany oneup wants us to login as imthiaz mohammed because he created a page even if i try to login as xyzcompany it logged inn as Imthiaz Mohammed so the groups are coming for admins not the company page
